Interior Views

This project launched our construction company, Davis, Davis and Davis, Inc., in 1981.  We designed and built 19 solar heated townhomes which made use of local, low maintenance materials and passive and active solar systems with extensive thermal mass for acoustic as well as thermal control.  The location is a 1.65 acre infill site within walking distance to downtown and each townhouse is approximately 1000 sf.
