We designed and built this home for a couple with grown children.  It features ground floor living with upstairs bedrooms and a loft for visiting children and an apartment over the garage which could be occupied by an assistant or by a student for house-sitting while the owners travelled.  The home was built on an open site to help the owner's allergy concerns. The latest in HVAC filtration and  the use of hard, cleanable materials help to minimize the accumulation of dust and pollens.  We have designed a number of homes for the next phase of life for families with older children.
